MAIN INGREDIENTS

For the brownie uses this:

  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 140 grams chocolate
  • 140 grams of white sugar
  • 40 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs L
  • 60 grams of flour
  •  a pinch of salt
  • 50 grams of chopped walnuts

 For the cookie dough

  • 110 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 50 grams of white sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar (I used light brown sugar)
  • 45 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
  • 100 grams of flour
  •  a pinch of salt
  • 100 grams of chocolate chips

For the brownie: preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Melt the chocolate

Pour the melted butter over the chocolate, we integrate both ingredients, and reserve.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. We add the two types of sugar, and mix until well integrated. Pour the chocolate, and stir then put the flour and the pinch of salt, and move again, until the mixture is homogeneous. We incorporate nuts. Pour on top of the mold (which we will have greased and lined with baking paper) and bake 25 minutes.

While baking, prepare the cookie dough.

For the cookie dough: mix the butter with the two types of sugar, until the mixture is creamy. Add the milk and vanilla, and mix. We incorporate the flour with a pinch of salt, and knead until well integrated. Finally, add the chocolate chips and knead again to be well distributed.

Once the brownie has cooled, we extend the “cookie dough” across the surface, trying that it is evenly distributed. Cover with clear plastic, and put it in the fridge a couple of hours, so that we can cut the servings easily.
